Prerequisites
You need a Zoom account with cloud recordings available to that account and permission to authorize third-party apps. If your Zoom administrator restricts Marketplace apps, administrator approval may be required before you can add Bulkord.
Adding the app
- Open the Bulkord listing in the Zoom App Marketplace and choose the available add or authorize action.
- Sign in to the Zoom account that owns or can access the cloud recordings you want to download.
- Review the permissions requested by Bulkord.
- Approve authorization on Zoom's own authorization screen.
- Zoom redirects you to app.bulkord.com, where your authorized recording library can load.
If authorization does not complete, see Troubleshooting below or contact support@bulkord.com.
Usage
Browse recordings
- Open app.bulkord.com.
- Select Zoom as the active provider.
- Allow the recording list to finish loading.
- Use search, filters, sorting, and the date range to find the recording you need.
Download a recording
- Select the recording file you are authorized to download.
- Choose the download action.
- On Free, Bulkord permits one file per download action and counts issued downloads toward the current 1 GB cumulative Free allowance for that connected Zoom account.
- The browser receives the provider/storage download flow. Bulkord is designed not to maintain a separate permanent archive of the downloaded media.
Connect Webex too
Zoom authorization is independent from Webex. If you also use Webex, choose Connect another provider in the Bulkord app. Removing one provider does not automatically remove the other.
Removing the app from Zoom
Use Zoom's standard Marketplace removal process to revoke Bulkord's Zoom authorization:
- Sign in to your Zoom account and open the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Open Manage.
- Choose Added Apps.
- Find and select Bulkord.
- Choose Remove and confirm the removal.
What removal changes
After Bulkord is removed from Zoom, Bulkord can no longer use that Zoom authorization to request recording data. Any existing browser session may stop working and you will need to authorize Zoom again to reconnect.
How data is handled after removal
Bulkord does not claim ownership of your Zoom recordings and is not intended to retain downloaded recording media as a permanent archive. Limited provider-specific entitlement and cumulative download-usage metadata may remain for beta service administration after removal. You may request access to or deletion of applicable account-related data by emailing support@bulkord.com. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Troubleshooting
I cannot add or authorize Bulkord
Confirm you are signing in to the intended Zoom account. If your organization restricts third-party Marketplace apps, ask your Zoom administrator whether Bulkord requires approval. Restart authorization from the Bulkord app after any approval is granted.
My recordings do not appear
Confirm the recording exists as a Zoom cloud recording under the authorized account, wait until Zoom has finished processing it, widen the date range, clear active filters, and refresh the library.
A download is blocked
On the Free beta, select one file at a time. Downloads count toward the 1 GB cumulative Free allowance for the connected Zoom account. If the selected file exceeds the remaining allowance, Bulkord shows the Pro requirement.
I changed or revoked Zoom access
Disconnect Zoom in Bulkord, then start Zoom authorization again. If you removed Bulkord from the Zoom Marketplace, you must add and authorize it again before Bulkord can access recordings.
FAQ
Does Bulkord see my Zoom password?
No. Zoom authentication takes place on Zoom's authorization screen through OAuth.
Does Bulkord upload my recordings to its own archive?
The current beta is designed around user-requested downloads and is not intended to maintain a separate permanent archive of recording media.
Can I connect Zoom and Webex?
Yes. Provider authorizations are separate, and the Bulkord app can connect either or both supported providers.
Where are the legal policies?
See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
