What Bulkord accesses

When you authorize Bulkord with Zoom or Webex, Bulkord accesses the account information and recording data required to provide the supported recording-library workflow for the provider you connected.

OAuth credentials and session security

Bulkord uses OAuth. Provider access and refresh tokens are handled by the application backend and kept in encrypted, HttpOnly, Secure session cookies rather than intentionally exposed to public client-side code. Zoom and Webex sessions are maintained separately.

Recording metadata

Recording titles, identifiers, timestamps, file formats, sizes, status, playback links, and related metadata returned by Zoom or Webex may be processed to build the dashboard and support user-requested workflows. The beta is not designed to maintain a separate permanent recording-library database.

Recording media

Bulkord does not claim ownership of your recordings. The service is designed around user-requested downloads and is not intended to maintain a separate permanent archive of recording media.

Plan, entitlement, and Free usage data

Bulkord may store limited provider-specific plan metadata and cumulative download-usage counters keyed to an account identifier so the service can determine Free or Pro entitlement and enforce the Free allowance. This may include provider, plan, status, source, period information, total bytes counted toward the Free allowance, download count, and recent usage timestamps.

Data sharing and sale

Bulkord does not sell Zoom or Webex user data. Data is used to provide, secure, support, and administer the requested Bulkord functionality.

Data retention

OAuth session credentials are kept only as needed to maintain an authorized session and are removed from the browser when you disconnect or the session is cleared. Limited provider-specific entitlement and cumulative download-usage metadata may be retained while needed to operate, secure, support, and administer the beta service. Bulkord does not intentionally retain downloaded recording media as a permanent archive.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information associated with your use of Bulkord, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing where applicable. You may also revoke Bulkord's provider authorization at any time through Zoom or Webex. To exercise a privacy right, request deletion, or ask what information Bulkord holds about your connected account, contact support@bulkord.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to an account you are authorized to control before completing it.

Account control and authorization removal

You can disconnect a provider session in Bulkord and revoke Bulkord from the provider's connected-app management area. Removing Bulkord from Zoom or Webex stops future authorized API access from that provider. Limited entitlement or usage metadata may remain after provider removal when needed for service administration; you may request deletion through the contact above.

Third-party platforms

Bulkord depends on Zoom, Cisco Webex, and hosting infrastructure needed to operate the service. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes

This beta policy may be updated as Bulkord's features, provider integrations, payment flow, or infrastructure changes.
