Bulkord support

Help center

Simple answers for connecting Zoom or Webex, finding recordings, managing access, and troubleshooting the browser app.

Getting started

What does Bulkord do?

Bulkord connects to supported recording providers using OAuth, reads the cloud recording list the authorized user can access, and presents the core recording metadata in a consistent browser dashboard.

Which providers are supported?

Bulkord currently supports Zoom and Webex in the multi-provider beta. Zoom-specific installation, usage, removal, and troubleshooting instructions are available in the Zoom documentation.

Do I need to install anything?

No desktop installation is required for the web beta.

Connect Zoom or Webex

  1. Open app.bulkord.com.
  2. Choose Zoom or Webex.
  3. Sign in on that provider's own authorization page.
  4. Review and approve the requested recording permissions.
  5. Bulkord returns you to the dashboard for that provider.

You can use Connect another provider from the app to add the other recording service.

Use Bulkord

  1. Select the active provider in the left sidebar.
  2. Wait for the recording library to finish loading.
  3. Search, filter, sort, or change the date range.
  4. Select the recording files you need.
  5. Free supports one file per download action and includes 1 GB total downloads per connected provider account; Pro is planned for continued and bulk workflows after that allowance is used.

Troubleshooting

I cannot connect a provider

Confirm that the provider integration is configured with the exact callback URL and scopes, then restart authorization from Bulkord. For Webex, the registered redirect URI must exactly match the URI used by the app.

Recordings are missing

Confirm the recording exists under the same account, widen the date range, clear active filters, and refresh after the provider has finished processing the recording.

A download action is blocked

On Free, select one file at a time. The cumulative download allowance is 1 GB per connected provider account. If the selected file is larger than your remaining allowance, Bulkord will ask you to upgrade. Also check browser download permissions, disk space, and network stability.

Remove or disconnect Bulkord

Use Disconnect Zoom, Disconnect Webex, or Disconnect all in the app to end Bulkord sessions. To revoke provider authorization completely, remove or revoke Bulkord from the connected-app management area in Zoom or Webex.

Account & data

Does Bulkord see my Zoom or Webex password?

No. Authentication occurs through provider OAuth.

Does Bulkord permanently store recording media?

The current beta is designed around user-requested download workflows and is not intended to maintain a separate permanent archive of recording media.

What is stored for plans?

Bulkord may store limited provider-specific entitlement and download-usage metadata so the service can determine Free or Pro access and enforce the Free cumulative allowance.

Still need help?

Include the provider you were using, what you expected, what happened instead, your browser, and the approximate time of the issue. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, client secrets, session cookies, or recovery codes.
