Adding the app
Bulkord is a browser app. There is nothing to install. You sign in with Zoom, so Bulkord never sees or stores your Zoom password.
Before you start
- A Zoom account that has cloud recordings. Cloud recording depends on your Zoom plan, so check that it is available on yours.
- Permission to add apps to your Zoom account. If your organization restricts apps, ask your Zoom account admin to approve Bulkord first.
Steps
- Open app.bulkord.com and choose Zoom as your provider.
- Select Start free or Connect Zoom. You are taken to Zoom's authorization page.
- Sign in to Zoom if asked, review the permissions Bulkord requests, and select Allow. Bulkord asks only to read your basic profile and to list your cloud recordings.
- Zoom returns you to Bulkord. The dashboard shows Zoom: Connected and your recordings appear in the list.
Using Bulkord
Each feature below lists what it does and what you need to use it.
Connect a provider
- Use it to
- Give Bulkord read-only access to the recordings in your Zoom account.
- Requires
- A Zoom account and permission to add apps.
Browse your recordings
- Use it to
- See your cloud recordings grouped by meeting, or as individual files, with the meeting count, file count and total size shown at the top.
- Requires
- At least one finished cloud recording in the selected date range.
Search and filter
- Use it to
- Find recordings by keyword, file type and date range, and sort them newest or oldest first. Select Refresh to update the list.
- Requires
- A connected provider.
Select and download
- Use it to
- Choose a recording and download it to your device. The Free plan downloads one file per action; bulk selection is planned for Pro. Files go directly from Zoom to your browser through a temporary download link. Bulkord does not keep a copy.
- Requires
- Remaining download quota, and a recording that Zoom has finished processing.
Download quota

- Check how much of your plan you have left. The Free plan includes 1 GB of downloads for each connected provider account.
- Requires
- Nothing. The plan card on the dashboard shows what is left.
Disconnect

- A connected provider.
Removing the app
You can remove Bulkord at any time. Either method below works, and you can use both.
Option 1: disconnect inside Bulkord
- Open app.bulkord.com.
- Select Disconnect Zoom at the top right of the dashboard.
Option 2: remove Bulkord from your Zoom account
- Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Open Manage, then Added Apps (the label may differ slightly in your Zoom version).
- Find Bulkord and select Remove.
What happens to your data
- Bulkord can no longer read your Zoom account or list your recordings.
- Your recordings stay in Zoom. Bulkord never held a copy, and files you already downloaded stay on your device.
- Bulkord keeps only minimal account details (your provider account identifier, email address and, where provided, name, plus plan status and download usage counters) to run your plan. To have these deleted, email support@bulkord.com. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Troubleshooting
I see “No recordings found”
- Widen the date range, then select Refresh. The default range covers only the last months.
- Confirm that the meeting was recorded to the cloud. Local recordings on your computer are not visible to Bulkord.
- Wait a few minutes. Zoom needs time to process a recording after the meeting ends.
- Check that you connected the Zoom account that owns the recordings.
The Zoom authorization fails or I cannot select Allow
- Your Zoom account admin may restrict who can add apps. Ask the admin to approve Bulkord.
- Sign out of other Zoom accounts in the same browser, or use Switch account on the Zoom page.
- Try again in a private browser window with extensions turned off.
A download does not start or the link has expired
Download links from Zoom are temporary. Select Refresh, then start the download again. If your browser blocks multiple downloads, allow downloads from app.bulkord.com.
I have reached my download quota
The plan card on the dashboard shows what is left. Free plan quota is 1 GB per connected provider account. Contact support if you need more.
Bulkord shows me as disconnected
Your authorization may have been removed in Zoom. Select Connect Zoom and allow access again.
